The Process: Paintless Dent Repair
Paintless Dent Repair (or PDR) is the process by which we remove hail damage from cars and trucks. Instead of cutting, grinding, filling, and painting each damaged area, we use Paintless Dent Repair to very gently reshape the distorted metal to original, factory condition.
Unlike the traditional body shop process, paintless dent repair does not involve paints, primers or solvents that can adversely affect the environment.
Some folks refer to PDR as an “art” but we prefer to think of it as a system. Although no two hail damaged vehicles are exactly alike, we approach every damaged panel on every damaged vehicle the same way and with the same mindset: make each and every one of these dents completely disappear as quickly and efficiently as possible.
